Directions to the Local 353 Offices:
Traveling either north or south on the 405 Freeway, exit at Palo Verde Ave. Go south (toward Cal State Long Beach and the ocean) on Palo Verde. Almost immediately, you will come to Stearns (traffic light). Continue straight ahead. Look to your right for 1945, a two-story building on stilts, with street-level parking underneath. Drive in and park there. If lot is full, use the adjacent (church) lot.
Local 353 Jurisdiction
Pacific Ocean on the south; Alondra Blvd., Compton on the north (both sides of Alondra Blvd. are in the jurisdiction of Local 47); Alameda St. On the west with the exception of the territory which is within the city limits of Los Angeles, CA; Los Angeles County line on the east, plus the city of Seal Beach (limited to the city limits as incorporated on Oct. 25, 1915).
